• Disable AutoRun:
  1. Run nodrivetypeautorun.reg
  2. Click Yes when prompted to add the information to the registry
• Disable Recent Documents History:
  1. Run norecentdocshistory.reg
  2. Click Yes when prompted to add the information to the registry
• Prevent Windows from storing information about files that you use:
  1. Run userassist_nolog.reg
  2. Click Yes when prompted to add the information to the registry
• Prevent AcrobatInfo.exe from starting whenever a .pdf file is selected:
  1. Run pdf_fix.reg
  2. Click Yes when prompted to add the information to the registry
  3. Open the Start Menu
  4. Click Run...
  5. Type:
  6. Click OK
• Remove the Adobe Acrobat context menu:
  1. Run pdf_remove_contextmenu.reg
  2. Click Yes when prompted to add the information to the registry
  3. Open the Start Menu
  4. Click Run...
  5. Type:
  6. Click OK
• Associate .001 files with WinRAR:
  1. Open WinRAR
  2. Press CTRL+S
  3. Click on the Integration tab
  4. Type 001 under User defined archive extensions
  5. Click OK
  6. Close WinRAR
• Add the missing WinRAR file associations (.001 - .099 and .r30 - .r99):
  1. Open the Start Menu
  2. Click Run...
  3. Type: cmd
  4. Click OK
  5. Type: and press Enter
  6. Type: and press Enter
  7. Type: and press Enter
  8. Close the Command Prompt
